　get in touch with ... は「…に接触する、連絡する」の意味。

２. I've been trying all day, but I still can't get through to Mr. Adams at the London office. （もう丸一日電話しているんだけど、まだロンドン事務所のアダムス氏がつかまらないのです）
　get through to ...は「［電話などで］…と連絡ができる」の意味。
